These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern use of the BassWin platform and describe the legal relationship between us and our users. Automated play, bots or third‑party software that interferes with normal operation are prohibited. We may monitor play for integrity and security; suspected breaches may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of winnings and referral to appropriate authorities.
Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to specific terms in addition to these conditions. Bonuses may require opt‑in, have eligibility restrictions, wagering or other requirements, and may be void where prohibited. Continued use of the platform following publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
